Storage: Store in a cool dry place at about 20 °C (68 °F).
Brewing Method: Add 28g of Gahwa to 500lt of boiling water. Let it simmer for 1 minute. After 1 minute, turn off the heat and let it rest. Pour into a Dallah for serving.
Gahwa Tasting Notes:
Plain: Light roasted profile with a peanut flavor, medium aftertaste, low acidity, and a tea-like mouthfeel.
With Cardamom: Intense aroma of cardamom, with flavors of cardamom and chocolate, a long aftertaste, low acidity, and a full body.
With Cardamom and Saffron: Tea-Like spiced orange with a hint of praline notes, and a touch of cardamom and saffron.
