Brewing Method: Add 28g of Gahwa in 500lt of boiling water, Let it simmer for 1 minute. Take off heat and let it rest for 1 minute. Pour into a Dallah for serving.

Plain: Medium roast profile with a sweet aroma of milk chocolate. The flavor combines milk chocolate and peanuts, leading to a long aftertaste with low acidity and a medium body.
With Cardamom: Medium intensity aroma of milk chocolate with a spicy flavor and a long sweet aftertaste. The acidity is medium, and it has a full body.
With Cardamom and Saffron: Light intensity aroma of peanuts with a nutty flavor, low aftertaste, low acidity, and a tea-like body.
