Storage: Store in a cool dry place at about 20 °C (68 °F).
Brewing Method: Add 28g of Gahwa to 500lt of boiling water. Let it simmer for 1 minute. After 1 minute, turn off the heat and let it rest. Pour into a Dallah for serving.
Gahwa Tasting Notes:
Plain: Bright aroma of peanuts and nougat, with flavors of hazelnuts and chocolate. It has a medium sweet aftertaste, low acidity, and a medium body.
With Cardamom: High intensity aroma of cardamom, with a flavor of dark chocolate and intense spicy notes. It has a long aftertaste, low acidity, and a strong body.
With Cardamom and Saffron: Medium intensity aroma with hints of cardamom. The flavor has medium intensity notes of cardamom and saffron, followed by a long sweet aftertaste. It features low acidity and a full body.
